How To Help

We welcome all kinds of help including donations of time, services or money.  If you are planning to visit Varanasi and would like to be a part of our school in any way, feel free to contact us.  We would love to be a part of your Varanasi experience.  Previous volunteers have spent as little as two hours at the school (taking photos, playing games, teaching a hobby) and up to three years (teaching crafts to the children once a week).

Since it only costs us Rs. 500/US $12 per month to educate a child, even small financial donations make a big difference. If you would like to make a contribution in rupees, you may send a check made out to Hope & Joy Soc for the Underpriveged to:
